How much does it cost to build a dock in South Florida?
Every waterfront is different, so we price after a site visit, not from a ballpark. Water depth, piling requirements, materials, and access all affect the number. You get a detailed written estimate before any work starts.
How long does a typical marine construction project take?
A residential dock usually takes 3 to 8 weeks from permit approval. Seawalls and marinas take longer depending on scale and permitting. We give you a realistic timeline in writing before we begin.
Do you handle permits and engineering?
