Deep Blue Builders was founded by Gabriel Velazquez, a South Florida native whose love for the water, the coastline, and this community runs deeper than most.
Growing up with a father rooted in the construction world, Gabriel was immersed in the trade from an early age. But it was the water that truly called to him. From the Florida Keys to Palm Beach, he spent his life boating and fishing South Florida's coastline, and that lifelong connection to these waters is what inspired him to build something of his own.
Gabriel attended Christopher Columbus High School before graduating from Loyola University with a degree in Construction Management and a minor in Finance. He earned his licenses while working for Coastal Construction in Miami, one of the most respected names in the industry, building some of the most pristine homes and waterfront properties in the city.
It was there that the vision for Deep Blue Builders took shape. Drawing on years of high level construction experience and a lifelong passion for these waters, Gabriel founded Deep Blue Builders with a clear mission: to elevate the standard of waterfront construction across South Florida, one project at a time.
